Refund policy

At SAAHA, we are committed to providing you with high-quality sarees. We encourage you to make your selections carefully, as we primarily offerĀ returns only, and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis under specific conditions.

A. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: To initiate a return, you must place a return request within 7 days of the product delivery date. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
  • Condition of Item:
    • The saree must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
    • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
    • Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized or made-to-order sarees.
    • Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless specified otherwise).
    • Items for which a specific non-returnable policy is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

B. Exchange Policy (Limited Conditions)

An exchange may be consideredĀ only under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If the product you received has a demonstrable manufacturing defect.
  • Transit Damage: If the product was damaged during transit (subject to terms and conditions of courier claim and photographic evidence).
  • Time Frame: Exchange request must be placedĀ within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

For any of the above conditions, please provide clear photographic evidence when you initiate your request. SAAHA reserves the right to assess the defect or damage and determine eligibility for an exchange.

C. How to Initiate a Return (or Exchange Request)

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return (or an exchange request for defect/damage), please email us at hello@saaha.in with your order number. Clearly state the reason for your return, and for defect/damage cases, include relevant photographs.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. If your return is approved (or if your exchange request is deemed eligible), you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with shipping the item back.
  3. Shipping the Item Back:
    • For Approved Returns (Customer Preference): The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    • For Approved Exchange Cases (Defect/Damage): We will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide a shipping label for the return of the defective/damaged item.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  5. Refund/Exchange Processing:
    • Refunds: If the return is approved after inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs (if applicable and paid by the customer) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
    • Exchanges (for Defect/Damage): If an exchange is approved, the new item will be shipped to you after the returned defective/damaged item passes inspection.

D. Important Notes

  • Currently, we do not offer a return or exchange policy for international orders. We encourage you to review product descriptions and images thoroughly before making a purchase.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it has been shipped to receive a full refund. Once an international order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@saaha.in. Provide your Order ID and a clear image of the defect. After our investigation, if the defect is confirmed, we will initiateĀ a refund for the defective product. Please note that replacements will not be sent for international defective items.
  • We recommend retaining proof of postage for any items you ship back to us.
