A. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Shipping Cost: Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders delivered within India.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. This allows us to carefully inspect and prepare your saree for shipment.

- Other Cities/Regions: 5-10 business days

- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
B. International Shipping (Outside India)
- Shipping Cost: For all international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight/dimensions of your order. These costs will be borne by the customer.
- Processing Time: International orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. This allows us to carefully inspect and prepare your saree for shipment.

- Customs Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by the destination country's customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
C. General Shipping Information
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
- Delay in Processing: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
- Packaging: All sarees are carefully inspected and packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us immediately at hello@saaha.in with your order number and relevant details/photos. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
